Gifts for Human Resources Coordinators

Picking a gift for a human resources coordinator

A human resources coordinator is the person who keeps the paperwork, onboarding and benefits questions moving, usually while being the first face new hires see on their first day. They handle the scheduling, the forms, the open-enrollment deadline that everyone forgets until the last week, and a steady stream of small problems that never make it into anyone's meeting notes. A gift that acknowledges that work tends to land well. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is something they can wear on a casual Friday and still feel seen. A mug is the kind of thing they'll reach for at a desk that always seems to be buried. To make it theirs, add their name, their team or company function on the second line, or a year they started, so it reads as their job and not a generic HR shirt. If you're buying for a whole HR team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
