Picking a gift for an in charge manager
A manager is the one who's expected to have the answer when the schedule falls apart, the client calls at six, or the team needs a call made before anyone else is ready. They carry the weight of other people's deadlines and usually get thanked only when something goes wrong. A gift that acknowledges the job itself lands well: a hoodie they can wear to a late meeting, a mug that goes on the desk at seven every morning, or a tee for the weekend when they finally stop thinking about the team. The word on the product is only the start. Add their name, the team or department, or the year they took the role, and the design stops being generic office gear and becomes theirs. If you're buying for their whole team, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and print each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to be a better thank-you than another round of pastries.
In Charge Manager gift questions
Can I add the team or department name to a manager design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the department, team or company division there, and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before you order.
What is a good gift for a manager who just got promoted?
A mug or hoodie with their new title and the year they started the role is a simple, lasting way to mark the change. It's personal without being over the top.
Can I order shirts for my whole team with the manager's title?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
Are there kids or baby designs for this word?
Only a few. There are five kids tee designs, three kids dark tee designs and one baby onesie design, so check the product filter if you're shopping for a family member.
What sizes do the in charge manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an in charge manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
