Picking a gift for an inclusion manager
An inclusion manager usually spends the day on the unglamorous work that makes a workplace fair: reviewing policies, running training sessions, answering the hard questions people are nervous to ask, and trying to get leadership to act on feedback. It's a role that often means being the one who keeps raising the issue in meetings where it's easy to move on. A gift that acknowledges that effort lands better than a generic office item. A tee for the weekend, a hoodie for the cold conference room, or a mug for the desk where they draft the next round of training all say that you see the job. You can personalize any of them with their name, their organization's initials or a team name in the second line, which makes the gift specifically theirs. If you're buying for a whole inclusion or DEI team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
Inclusion Manager gift questions
Can I add their name or department to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a name, a team or a department. Type it in and the preview updates so you can check the spacing.
Is there a special recognition day for this role?
There isn't one universal date for inclusion managers. If you want a timing hook, pick a date tied to their organization, such as an anniversary of their start or the close of a major training program.
What's a good gift for someone starting this job?
A tee or mug with their title and a welcome line works well. It's personal, practical and easy to use from the first week.
What sizes do the inclusion manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an inclusion manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
