Picking a gift for an insect collector
An insect collector spends weekends with a net, a headlamp and a flashlight, checking under porch lights and turning over logs to find what's crawling there. They know which beetles come out after rain, can spot a moth on a tree trunk from across a field, and probably have opinions about mounting pins. A gift that lands for this person is one that speaks their hobby: a shirt for the next bug hunt, a hoodie for cold-morning collecting trips, or a mug for the kitchen table where they label specimens. Adding a second line with a species group, a field site or the year they started makes it theirs. Kids who are just starting out often love the kids tees, and a dark shirt looks sharp on a night walk with the lights on.
Insect Collector gift questions
Can I add a species group or a field site to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type a group like beetles or moths, a site name, or a year. The preview updates as you type.
Is there a version for a young collector?
Yes. There are kids tees and dark kids tees in this design set, so you can choose a size and style for a child.
Which product works best for a night collector?
A dark T-shirt holds up well for night walks, and the light design reads clearly for daytime trips.
What sizes do the insect collector shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an insect collector gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
