Picking a gift for an interior design director
An interior design director usually runs the design side of a firm or a department, which means they're juggling client presentations, sample boards, vendor deadlines and the occasional ceiling-height argument with a contractor. Their days are split between a laptop full of mood boards and time on job sites, so gifts that work well are the ones they can use in both places. A tee with their title on it is a fun nod to a job that gets described as "making things pretty" far too often. A hoodie is good for cold site visits and early studio mornings. A mug on a crowded desk is one of the few things that reliably survives a long project. If you know their specialty, such as hospitality, residential or healthcare, put it on the second line, since the right word matters to someone who has spent years earning the title.
Interior Design Director gift questions
Can I add a specialty like hospitality or residential?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the specialty there or after the title. The preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a gift for a whole design team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: pick one design, paste the team's names, and choose a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What do interior design directors usually want in a gift?
Most want something they'll use at work, like a mug or hoodie, plus a bit of humor about the job. A shirt with their title on it covers both.
What sizes do the interior design director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an interior design director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
