Picking a gift for an internship coordinator
An internship coordinator spends the year matching students with placements, chasing paperwork, checking in with supervisors and smoothing things over when an intern's first week goes sideways. Most of that work happens behind the scenes, so a gift that acknowledges the job itself tends to land well. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is a nice nod to the role, and a mug on their desk is something they'll reach for every morning while they sort the next round of placements. The most meaningful version adds a detail only someone close to them would know: the program they run, the cohort year they're on, or a small joke about the scheduling spreadsheet. Keep it light and specific, and it reads as thoughtful rather than generic. Many designs have a second line, so you can add a program name, a department, or a year right under the title and check the preview before you order.
Internship Coordinator gift questions
Can I add my coordinator's department or program name?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the department, program or cohort year there. The live preview shows you how it sits under the title before you order.
Which products work best for an internship coordinator?
Most people use the title on a mug for the desk or a hoodie for the office. If you want something lighter for warmer weather, a tee works well too.
Is there a design for a coordinator's whole team?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person, so everyone on the team gets a shirt with their own name.
What sizes do the internship coordinator shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an internship coordinator gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
Internship Coordinator gift ideas
- A hoodie for the office or the commuteInternship coordinators are often in and out of meetings all day, so a hoodie is a comfortable layer for cool conference rooms and early starts.
- A mug for the deskAn 11oz mug with their title is the kind of small, daily reminder that suits someone who juggles many students at once.
- A tee with the program nameAdd the name of their department or program on the second line so the shirt reflects where they actually work.
- A kids tee for a family jokeIf they have children who think the job is mysterious, a kids tee with the title can be a playful way to show them what mom or dad does all day.
