Picking a gift for a journalism internship
A journalism intern is usually a student or recent graduate working unpaid or underpaid hours in a newsroom, pitching stories, fact-checking, sitting in on story meetings and hoping for a byline. Long days, cold coffee and a lot of rewrites are part of it. A gift that acknowledges that hustle tends to land well. A tee with journalism internship on the front is something they can wear to the newsroom or on the way to a reporting assignment. A hoodie is practical for early mornings and late nights at the office. An 11 oz mug fits the desk where they'll spend long stretches on deadline. You can add a second line for the outlet, a graduation year or a beat they're covering, so the shirt reflects their particular path rather than a generic one.
Journalism Internship gift questions
Can I add the name of the outlet or a beat to the shirt?
Many designs have a second line. Type the outlet name, a beat like city hall or sports, or the year they started, and the preview will show how it fits.
Is a journalism internship a good gift for a graduating student?
Yes. A hoodie or mug marks the milestone of landing a first newsroom job and works well alongside a graduation gift. Pick a design with the year they finished school for a personal touch.
Can I order shirts for a whole internship class?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the names of everyone in the class, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the journalism internship shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a journalism internship gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
