Gifts from Kaleva
Kaleva is a neighborhood name, and the people who'd wear a Kaleva shirt are likely to be the ones who grew up there or spent years in it. Local pride tends to show up in small things: a tee for the walk to the store, a hoodie for the first cold evenings, a mug that says where they're from before they've said a word. What lands best is a design that names the place plainly, with the detail that only the people who know it would notice. If you're not sure how the neighborhood is spelled or what its common nickname is, ask someone who lives there before you order, since a gift that gets the place right is the one they'll keep. Many designs come with a second line, so you can add a street, a year they moved in, or a nickname from family. That second line is how a shirt about a place becomes a shirt about a person.
Kaleva gift questions
Can I add a street or year to a Kaleva design?
Many designs have a second line. Open any design and type a street, a year or a short note into that line. The preview updates so you can see how it sits before you order.
Which products come in Kaleva designs?
Kaleva designs are available as light and dark tees, kids tees, baby onesies, hoodies and 11oz mugs. Pick the product that suits the person you're shopping for.
Can I order Kaleva shirts for a group?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What if I'm not sure how the place is spelled or described?
Check with someone who lives there or a local source before you order. Getting the name right is what makes the gift feel personal.
What sizes do the kaleva shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Kaleva gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
