Gifts from Kapaa
Kapaa is a town on the east side of Kauai, the kind of place people return to for the same beach, the same shave ice stand and the same slow pace. Someone who grew up there or who simply loves it will feel a Kapaa shirt as a small piece of home, especially if they've moved away to the mainland or spend most of their year working in a bigger city. A gift like this lands when it reflects that attachment: a tee for the weekend around town, a hoodie for the cooler evenings when the trade winds pick up, or a mug for the morning coffee that starts the day the way it always has. Because Kapaa is a small town, most people already know it, so the shirt is less about explaining where it is and more about saying you share the feeling of being from there. Many designs have a second line, so you can add a year, a street or a nickname that only the two of you would recognize.
Kapaa gift questions
Can I add a year or a street name to the design?
Many designs have a second line. Type a year, a street or a nickname there and the preview will update so you can see how it looks before you order.
Are there Kapaa designs for kids and babies?
Yes. There are kids tees, kids dark tees and a few baby onesie designs. Use the product filter on the page to see only those.
Which Kapaa design is best for a dark shirt lover?
Look at the Dark T-shirt and Kids Dark T-shirt options, which are printed for darker fabric so the design stands out clearly.
Can I order shirts for a group, like a family reunion?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you use one design, paste a list of names and pick a size for each person, with each shirt printed with its own name.
What sizes do the kapaa shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Kapaa gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
