Gifts from Keaau
Keaau is a small town on the Big Island of Hawaii, just down the road from Hilo and the Volcano area, and people who live there tend to be proud of how close they are to the island's wild side. Much of the town is agricultural land, and the community has a laid-back, neighborly feel, so a Keaau shirt often gets worn at the farmers market, on the beach, or on a day trip to see the lava. If you're shopping for someone from Keaau or someone who has moved away, a shirt or mug with the town name is a simple way to say you know where they're from. Add a second line with a school, a family name, or a year to make it personal. Because it's a smaller place than the big cities, a Keaau design stands out as a conversation starter wherever the person goes next.
