Gifts from Kinderhook
Kinderhook is a small village in upstate New York, in Columbia County, and people who grew up there or moved away tend to hold onto the name tightly. It's the kind of place where the local diner, the old main street and the sense that everyone knows your family all matter more than any big-city landmark. A shirt or mug with Kinderhook on it is a way for someone to carry that home with them, whether they're still around the corner from the village or living far away and missing it. For someone who left for college or work and comes back on holidays, a Kinderhook hoodie is a practical gift for cold upstate mornings. For longtime residents, the name on a mug is a quiet nod to where they've always belonged. Add a street, a family name or a graduation year on the second line to make it personal to them.
