Picking a gift for a kite flyer
Kite flyers are the people who check the wind before they check the weather. They haul a bag of spars, sails and line to the park, wait for the right breeze, and then spend an afternoon watching something they built climb into the sky. Whether they fly a single delta on a sunny day or a whole train of sport kites at a beach festival, the hobby is about patience and paying attention to the air. A gift that fits that life is something they can use on the field or carry around after: a comfortable tee for a long afternoon on the grass, a hoodie for the cool evenings when the wind picks up, or a mug for the thermos-free walk back to the car. Add a second line for a kite type, a club name or the year they started, and it becomes theirs instead of a generic hobby shirt. Kite flying is a seasonal pastime in most places, so spring and early autumn are when they're most likely to be out there, and a gift arriving before those seasons gives them something to wear to the first windy day.
Kite Flyer gift questions
Can I add the type of kite they fly?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type in delta, sport kite, stunt kite or any other label they use.
Are there kite flyer designs for kids?
Yes. Kids tees come in light and dark versions, so a young flyer can match a parent or grandparent at the field.
Can I order shirts for a kite club?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: pick one design, paste the members' names, and choose a size for each person.
What sizes do the kite flyer shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a kite flyer gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
