Gifts from Koloa
Koloa is a small town on the south shore of Kauai, Hawaii, and the people who grew up there tend to carry it with them wherever they go. A Koloa shirt is a way to bring a little of that island town along, whether it's for a trip back home, a family visit, or someone who misses the pace of life there. Because Koloa is a small place, the word itself is the point: most people will recognize it, and those who know it will smile when they see it. You can make the gift more personal by using the second line for a year they left, a family name, or the street or neighborhood they lived on. A shirt, hoodie, or mug with Koloa on it works well as a gift for a former resident, a relative who moved away, or a friend who visited and fell for the place. Choose the product based on the season and the climate where they live now, since a hoodie suits a cooler mainland winter while a tee fits the warm island days they remember.
