Gifts from La Pine
La Pine is a small town in Central Oregon, sitting on the high desert east of the Cascades, where the Deschutes River runs through and the pine trees are the first thing you notice. People who live there tend to be outdoorsy and fiercely proud of a place that stays quiet and uncrowded. A La Pine shirt is a way for them to claim the town wherever they go, whether that's a road trip through the Pacific Northwest or a move to a bigger city. Put it on a hoodie for cold mornings at the lake, or on a mug for the coffee they drink while planning the next hike. Because the town is small, a shirt with La Pine on it often starts a conversation with someone who knows the same grocery store or the same stretch of highway. Use the second line for a street, a school, or the year they moved there to make the gift feel like theirs.
