Gifts from La Porte City
La Porte City is a small town in Iowa, and the people who grew up there tend to stay attached to it, whether they still live down the street or have moved to Des Moines, Chicago or somewhere much farther. A shirt with the town name is how they claim it at a reunion, a high school game or a summer weekend back home. Small-town pride works best when the gift feels personal rather than like a souvenir, so think about what the person does there or what they miss: the family farm, the summer they worked at the local shop, the class they graduated with. Adding a second line for the graduation year or a street name turns a town shirt into a memory. For someone who moved away, a mug with the town name on it is a daily reminder of home, and a hoodie suits the cold Iowa winters they may be missing.
La Porte City gift questions
Can I add a street or a year to the town shirt?
Many designs have a second line. Type a year, a street or a family name there and the preview updates so you can check it before ordering.
Are there kids versions of the town designs?
Yes. Kids tees, dark kids tees and baby onesies are available for this name, so you can dress the whole family in the same town design.
Can I order matching shirts for a family reunion?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to pick one design, paste a list of names and choose a size for each person, so everyone gets a shirt with their own name.
What sizes do the la porte city shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a La Porte City gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
