Picking a gift for a lab manager
A lab manager keeps the whole operation running: ordering reagents, tracking inventory, keeping the equipment calibrated and the team on schedule, often while also doing bench work themselves. They're the person who knows where everything is and why the freezer alarm just went off. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that mix of science and logistics. A tee or hoodie with their title and lab name gives them something they'll actually wear to the bench and beyond, and a mug makes the morning coffee a little more earned. Type in the word lab manager, then add the institution, department or the name of their lab on the second line, so the shirt reads as theirs rather than generic. If you're buying for the whole team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to get a better reaction than another gift card.
Lab Manager gift questions
Can I add the name of the lab or department?
Yes. Most designs have a second line. Type the lab, department or institution name there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before ordering.
Is lab manager a title I should spell out or abbreviate?
Either works. Lab Manager is the most common form, and you can type whatever wording matches their actual title, such as Lab Coordinator or Laboratory Manager.
Can I order shirts for my whole lab team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
Are there options for a lab manager's kids?
Kids tees and a baby onesie are available for lab manager designs, so you can match a family member's gift to the same theme.
What sizes do the lab manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a lab manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
