Gifts from Lancing
Lancing is a small town on the south coast of England, close to the sea at Shoreham and the South Downs, and a lot of the people who grew up there keep that connection for life. A Lancing shirt is how someone wears their hometown into a city where nobody has heard of it, or hangs it on the fridge of a grandparent who still asks after the old streets. Because the town is small, a shirt with the name on it often starts a conversation, and that's part of the appeal. For someone who has moved away, a mug with Lancing on it is a daily reminder of where they're from. For a kid growing up there, a tee or onesie with the town name is a simple way to claim it early. Add a year, a street or a school year on the second line to make it personal.
Lancing gift questions
Can I add a street or a school to the shirt?
Many designs have a second line. Type a street, a school or a year there, and check the preview before you order.
Is there a Lancing design for kids?
Yes. There are kids tees and dark kids tees with Lancing designs, so you can choose a shirt for a young child who lives there or has family there.
Which product works best for a gift for someone who moved away?
A mug or a hoodie tends to be used most often. Both are easy to keep close, and a mug fits into a daily routine.
Can I order for a group of people from Lancing?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you choose one design, paste a list of names and pick a size for each person, so a whole group can match.
What sizes do the lancing shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Lancing gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
