Picking a gift for a leadership intern
A leadership intern is usually juggling a lot at once: sitting in meetings they're still learning to speak up in, taking on projects that feel bigger than their title, and working out what kind of leader they want to become. Gifts land best when they acknowledge that stretch without treating them as a finished professional. A tee they can wear on the first day back to the office, a hoodie for the early-morning commute or late-night deadline, or a mug for the desk where they draft their notes. Put the word leadership intern on the front, and add their company name or program year on the second line if you know it. Many designs have room for that second line, so it becomes a small marker of where they are in the journey. If you're buying for a whole intern cohort, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name, which makes a good end-of-summer or end-of-program gift for everyone at once.
Leadership Intern gift questions
Can I add their company or program year to the design?
Many designs have a second line. Type the company name, program or year there and the preview will show you how it fits before you order.
Is a leadership intern shirt a good end-of-program gift?
It can be. Internship programs often end in late summer, and a shirt or mug gives them something to remember the program by. Adding the year makes it specific to their time there.
Can I get one design for a whole group of interns?
Yes. The Team Shop prints one design for a group: paste the list of names, choose a size for each person, and each shirt prints with its own name.
Are there options for smaller items?
Yes. Kids designs and baby onesies are available for some words, and the 11oz mug is a good choice for a desk gift.
What sizes do the leadership intern shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a leadership intern gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
