Picking a gift for a leadership program internship
Someone in a leadership program internship is usually early in their career, working long days on projects that come with a lot of questions and not many answers yet. They're meeting managers, sitting in on meetings they're not quite sure they belong in, and trying to make a good impression while learning how the place actually runs. A gift that acknowledges that stretch lands well: something comfortable for the commute or the first week of late nights, or a mug for the desk where they'll be drafting notes and planning the next thing. Put the program name or the word internship on it so it reads as theirs, and add their name or the year they started if you want it to feel personal. It's a small thing, but it tells them someone noticed the work they're doing and the ambition behind it.
Leadership Program Internship gift questions
Can I add the name of my company or the program to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the program name, a cohort year or their first name there. The live preview shows how it will look before you order.
Is this a good gift for the end of an internship?
It works well at the close of a summer or semester program, when interns are wrapping up and often want something to remember the experience by. Adding the year makes it a keepsake.
Are there designs for a whole intern class?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person, so every intern gets their own shirt with their name on it.
Can I get the design for a kid or a baby too?
This word has kids T-shirt and kids dark T-shirt designs, and a baby onesie design. Use the product filter to find them.
What sizes do the leadership program internship shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a leadership program internship gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
