Picking a gift for a learning director
A learning director usually spends the day balancing curriculum plans, teacher coaching, and parent questions, often in a building that's quieter than it should be before the bell. Their job is to help people get better at teaching, which means the gifts they'll actually use are the ones that acknowledge the work without asking them to talk about it. A tee for the weekend, a hoodie for the cold classroom or a commute with the windows down, a mug for the first coffee before the first meeting. Put their title on it, learning director, and add the school or district underneath if you know it. That small detail turns a generic work shirt into something that says you noticed what they do. If you're buying for a whole leadership team or a group of instructional coaches, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to land better than another round of gift cards.
Learning Director gift questions
Can I add the school or district name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a school, district or department. Type it in and the preview will show you how it sits under the title.
Is learning director a good gift for a new hire?
It can be. A new learning director often starts with a lot of meetings and few people who know them yet. A mug or tee with their title gives them something to wear or sip while they settle in.
Can I order shirts for my whole instructional team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the learning director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a learning director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
