Gifts from Leith
Leith is a port district on the Firth of Forth, next to Edinburgh, with a long working history of docks, breweries and warehouses that has turned into a neighborhood of shops, restaurants and waterfront walks. People from Leith tend to be proud of it, and a gift that names the place lands well with anyone who grew up there or still goes back for a Sunday walk along the water. Because Leith is a place name that many people outside Scotland won't recognize, a shirt or mug with just the word can read as a little mysterious, which is part of the fun. Add a second line with a year, a street or a nickname and it becomes personal. For someone who moved away, a Leith mug on the desk is a small daily reminder of home.
Leith gift questions
Will people know what Leith means on a shirt?
Anyone from Edinburgh or the Scottish port area will. For others, the word itself reads as a conversation starter, and a second line with a year or a street can add context.
Can I put a street or neighborhood name under Leith?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a street, a year or a nickname. Type it in and the preview will update.
Do you have Leith designs for kids?
Yes. There are kids tees, dark kids tees and baby onesies with Leith designs, so a family can match across ages.
What sizes do the leith shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Leith gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
