Picking a gift for a library director
A library director spends the day balancing budgets, board meetings, staffing and the endless question of what to do about the roof. The part that gets forgotten is that they still love the books, the story hours and the regulars who come in every Tuesday. A gift that shows you know that work lands well. A tee or hoodie with library director printed on it is a quiet nod to a job most people don't think about until they need it. Add the branch name, the town or the year they started as a second line, and it becomes theirs. Libraries run on volunteers and long hours, so a mug for the office desk is a small thing that gets used every single morning. Pick a design that fits their style, since some directors want something professional for conferences and others want something a little playful for the weekend.
Library Director gift questions
Can I add the name of their library or branch?
Many designs have a second line. Type the library or branch name there and check the preview before you order.
Is this a good gift for a retiring library director?
Yes. A mug or tee with the title and the year they retired marks the end of a long career in a way they can keep using.
Can I order shirts for the whole library staff?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the staff names, and pick a size for each person.
Do you have designs for a library director who is also a parent?
Many designs come as kids tees and baby onesies, so you can pair a gift for the director with one for their child.
What sizes do the library director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a library director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
