Picking a gift for a library technical assistant
Library technical assistants keep the systems behind the shelves running: cataloging, circulation software, interlibrary loans, and the endless small fixes that let patrons find what they came for. It's a job that rarely gets noticed unless something breaks, so a gift that says their job out loud tends to land well. A tee or hoodie with the title on it works for the first day back after a long weekend of maintenance, or for a library staff party where everyone wants to look like they belong. A mug is the everyday version, sitting on a desk that's probably buried in call numbers. Add their name or their library's name on a second line to make it theirs, and the title on the front does the rest of the work.
Library Technical Assistant gift questions
Can I add their library or department name?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the library, branch or department there. The preview updates as you type so you can check the spacing.
Is there a shorter version of the job title?
Some designs use a shorter wording. Type the abbreviation you'd like into the text box and the preview will show how it looks before you order.
Can I order shirts for a whole library staff?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the library technical assistant shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a library technical assistant gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
