Gifts for Line Maintenance Supervisors

Picking a gift for a line maintenance supervisor

A line maintenance supervisor is usually the person who keeps the crew moving through the night shift, checking work cards, signing off aircraft and making sure the schedule holds when a squawk turns up at the worst possible moment. Most of the job happens on the ramp or in the hangar, in cold, loud conditions, and the people who do it tend to take pride in the work even when nobody outside the team sees it. A gift that acknowledges that lands better than a generic work shirt. A dark tee for the hangar, a hoodie for the early morning walk out to the aircraft, or a mug for the break room coffee that gets cold while they're on the radio all show you know what the job takes. Type their title into the text box, or add a second line for their shift, station or crew name, and the design becomes theirs. For a whole supervisory team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with every name printed on its own shirt.
