Picking a gift for a lineman apprentice
A lineman apprentice is still learning the job while doing it: climbing poles in the heat and the cold, working alongside journeymen who've seen every kind of storm, and getting up before the sun to go restore power to a neighborhood that's been dark for hours. A gift that acknowledges the apprenticeship, not just the trade, tends to land best. Think about their first real climb, the first storm callout, or the day they stopped being the new guy. A hoodie is useful for early-morning drives to the yard, a dark tee works for the off-hours, and a mug is the one thing that survives a long day on the truck. Put the word lineman apprentice on it, add the crew or the year they started in the second line, and the gift becomes a small record of where they are in the work. Many apprentices are still earning their stripes, so a gift that says you see the effort is worth more than a generic work shirt.
Lineman Apprentice gift questions
Can I add the year they started the apprenticeship?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a year or a crew name. Type it in and the preview will show you how it sits under the main word.
Do you have designs for a whole crew of apprentices?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: pick one design, paste the names, and choose a size for each person, so every apprentice gets a shirt with their own name.
Are there kids designs for a lineman apprentice?
There are a few kids tees and a baby onesie in the lineup, so you can pick one for a family member who looks up to the work.
What sizes do the lineman apprentice shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a lineman apprentice gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
