Gifts from Linneus
Linneus is a small town, and I don't know enough about it to say much beyond the name, so the most useful thing I can offer is some thinking about the person who'd receive this. People from a small place often carry its name as a point of pride, whether they still live there or left years ago. A shirt or mug with the town name is a way to say where they're from without a long explanation. Smaller towns tend to have a strong sense of who belongs to them, so a gift that puts the name front and center lands well with anyone who grew up there, moved away, or married into a family from there. To make it theirs, add a line underneath such as their class year, their family name, or the year they moved on, and the design starts to read as their own story rather than a generic town souvenir.
