Picking a gift for a load planner
A load planner decides how freight gets packed, weighted and sequenced onto trucks, trailers or containers, so the job is mostly invisible until a load shifts or a shipment arrives late. They're usually working against a clock, juggling dock schedules, weight limits and last-minute changes from dispatch, and the good ones make it look easy. A gift that acknowledges that work lands better than something generic. A tee or hoodie with load planner on it is something they can wear proudly to the warehouse or on a weekend. Add their company's name or their shift if you know it, or a second line like Trailer Lead or Ops Team, and it becomes theirs. An 11 oz mug fits the coffee-at-6-a-m routine that most planners live on.
