Gifts from Madrid
Madrid is the kind of city people leave and keep thinking about, whether that's a semester abroad, a job transfer, or a long weekend that turned into a memory they bring up at dinner. For someone who loves it, the shirt is a way to keep the city close: the late dinners, the plazas full of people, the sense that the night is only getting started at midnight. Madrid is also the capital and the home of the Prado and the Royal Palace, and many of its neighborhoods, like La Latina and Malasaña, have their own character, so a second line with a barrio name makes the design feel like theirs. A hoodie suits the cooler evenings they'll remember, and a mug is the morning reminder of coffee in a sunny plaza. Choose a design that fits how they talk about the place, and the gift will feel like it came from someone who was paying attention.
Madrid gift questions
Can I add a neighborhood or a year to a Madrid design?
Many designs have a second line. Type a barrio, a year or a short note there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before you order.
Are there Madrid designs for kids and babies?
Yes. Madrid comes as a kids tee, a dark kids tee and a baby onesie. Use the product filter to see which designs are available in each style.
What's a good Madrid gift for someone who studied there?
A hoodie or tee with Madrid and the year they went is a good choice. It's personal, practical for everyday wear, and it marks a time they probably still talk about.
