Magpie gifts for the people who love them
Magpies are the chattering, black-and-white birds that turn up in backyards, parks and roadside trees, and anyone who loves them tends to love them fully. People who keep an eye out for magpies often notice the flash of white on the wings, the glossy blue-green sheen in good light, and the way they seem to be arguing with the neighbors. A magpie shirt says that someone has been paying attention. Many of the designs carry a second line, so you can add a name, a town or the year they started birdwatching. A mug suits the kitchen window where they check the garden every morning. For a kid who keeps a notebook of birds, the kids tee or the baby onesie is a sweet pick. Hoodies work for cold early walks and the bird-hide visits that start before sunrise.
