Picking a gift for a manager community development
A community development manager spends their days on the unglamorous work that makes a neighborhood function: coordinating with residents, tracking grants and program budgets, and running meetings that stretch past dinner. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that effort without making a fuss. A soft tee for site visits and outdoor events, a hoodie for early morning community meetings in a cold church basement, or a mug for the desk where the paperwork piles up. Put the job title on it, or add the organization or neighborhood they serve if you know it. A shirt that reads community development manager tells coworkers this person is good at what they do. For a team of them, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a better thank-you than another round of lunch.
Manager Community Development gift questions
Can I add the organization or neighborhood to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a name, a place or a team. Type it in and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before ordering.
Is there a shorter version of the title I can use?
You can type any wording you like into the text box, so you can shorten it to community development or use an abbreviation if that's how your colleague signs their emails.
What's a good gift for someone who just got promoted to manager?
A mug or hoodie with their new title is a simple way to mark the step up. It's personal and something they'll use at work or in their own time.
Can I order for a whole community development team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the manager community development shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager community development gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
