Picking a gift for a manager concrete
A concrete manager runs the crew, the schedule and the pour, often while standing in mud at six in the morning and dealing with a truck that's late or a slab that won't cure right. The people who do this job tend to take pride in the unglamorous stuff: getting the sidewalk level, keeping the crew safe, finishing on time when the weather turns. A gift that shows you understand that lands better than a generic jobsite joke. Put the word manager and the trade on a tee or hoodie they can wear to the yard, or a mug for the truck or the trailer. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and paste each person's name so everyone gets a shirt with their own name on it. Those little details are what make a jobsite gift stick around in the truck for years.
