Picking a gift for a manager crisis
A manager in a crisis is someone who's been asked to hold everything together while the ground keeps moving: staffing gaps, a system outage, a difficult customer, a deadline that moved up overnight. They're usually the first person in and the last to leave, answering messages from people who expect them to have the answer. A gift that acknowledges that long stretch of being the calm one lands well. A tee or dark tee with Manager Crisis gives them something to wear on the bad days, and a hoodie is the thing they'll grab for the late-night drive home. An 11 oz mug fits the early-morning coffee that's often the only break they get. Add a second line with their team, department or the year it all happened, so the gift reflects their actual job rather than a generic joke. Whether it's funny or sincere depends on how well you know them, and the preview lets you test both versions before you order.
Manager Crisis gift questions
Is this word meant to be funny or sincere?
Either works. Many shoppers use it as a playful nod to a hard season, and others pair it with a warm second line like the team name or a thank-you note.
Can I add a name or department under the main words?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type in their name, team, or the year.
What should I give a manager who just got through a rough year?
A mug or hoodie they can use every day tends to feel more like recognition than a joke tee alone.
What sizes do the manager crisis shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager crisis gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
