Picking a gift for a manager discovery
A discovery manager usually lives in the middle of a legal or litigation matter, coordinating document collection, review teams, and deadlines that can shift overnight. They're the person who keeps the paperwork moving so attorneys can focus on the case, and that work tends to go unnoticed until something goes wrong. A gift that acknowledges the job, rather than a generic office tee, tends to land well. Put the word on a shirt or mug they'll actually use on a busy morning, and add a second line for their team, firm, or the year they took the role if that feels right. A hoodie suits the long review weeks spent at a desk, and a mug fits the coffee that gets them through them. Because the role can be specialized and the title varies from firm to firm, add a detail only you can confirm, like the name of their department, instead of guessing at credentials.
Manager Discovery gift questions
Can I add their firm or department name?
Many designs have a second line. Type the firm, team, or department there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before ordering.
Is there a design for a whole discovery team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to pick one design and paste the team's names. Each person gets a shirt with their own name on it.
What's a good gift for someone starting in this role?
A mug or tee with their title and start year makes a nice welcome gift. It marks the step without being too formal.
What sizes do the manager discovery shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager discovery gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
