Picking a gift for a manager documentation
Managers who write documentation are the people who keep a team's knowledge from living only in someone's head. They draft process guides, runbooks, policy pages and onboarding docs, and they spend a lot of time asking people to update a page nobody reads until something breaks. A gift that acknowledges that quiet, detail-heavy work lands well. Think of the late-night edit to a handbook that finally made onboarding make sense, or the wiki cleanup nobody asked for but everyone benefits from. You can make the product theirs by typing their role into the text box and adding a second line for their team or their company's name, if that's something they're proud of. A mug suits the desk where the drafts happen, a hoodie fits the long documentation sprints, and a tee works for the colleague who has finally earned a shirt that says what they actually do.
Manager Documentation gift questions
Can I add a team or company name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the team, department or company name there and check the preview before you order.
Is there a version for kids or babies?
There are a few kids designs and one baby onesie for this role, so you can use the product filter to see those options.
Can I order matching shirts for my whole documentation team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop, choose one design, paste the team's names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What's a good gift for a new documentation manager?
A mug or tee with their role is a simple way to mark a new position. Adding their team name makes it feel personal from the first day.
What sizes do the manager documentation shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager documentation gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
