Picking a gift for a manager float
A manager float is the person who gets pulled wherever the schedule breaks, which means they've worked a dozen different units and knows where every supply closet is hiding. They're often the first call when someone calls out and the last one to get a proper break. A gift that acknowledges that flexibility lands well: a tee for the drive between shifts, a hoodie for the cold corners of a building they only visit once a week, a mug that's clearly theirs when they're bouncing from station to station. Put their name on it, and add the title as the team sees it, whether that's float manager, float RN or floater. It turns a generic work shirt into something that says they're the one everyone relies on. If you're buying for a whole department, one design with each person's name in the Team Shop is a simple way to thank the whole crew.
Manager Float gift questions
Can I add a title like float RN or float manager?
Yes. Type the title into the text box, either as the main word or on its own line below their name. The preview updates so you can check the spacing first.
Is there a kids or baby version of this design?
There are a few kids tees and kids dark tees, plus one baby onesie, so check the product filter for what's available.
Can I order shirts for the whole float pool?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person.
What if their title is slightly different at work?
Type whatever they're called, whether that's floater, float nurse or relief manager. Every design takes your own text.
What sizes do the manager float shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager float gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
