Picking a gift for a manager grant
Managers carry a lot of other people's days on their shoulders. They're the ones who handle the schedule changes, the difficult customer, the paperwork nobody else wants, and they usually get thanked only when something goes wrong. A gift that says their job out loud tends to land well, especially a tee or hoodie they can wear to the office and a mug that's clearly theirs for the early coffee before the first meeting. Put the word manager on the main line and their name or team on the second, and it becomes a gift for them rather than for the title. If you're buying for a whole team that a manager leads, one design with each person's name printed on their own shirt makes a warmer thank-you than another card signed by everyone. Manager Appreciation Day falls in late October, which is the most common time people look for a gift like this.
Manager Grant gift questions
Can I add a department or team name to a manager shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type in the department, team or site name below the word manager. The preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
When is Manager Appreciation Day?
It's in late October, so order a few weeks ahead if you want the gift in hand for the day itself.
What's a good gift for a new manager?
A mug or tee with their name and the word manager marks the new role in a way they'll keep using, and it's easy to give at the start of the job.
Can I order shirts for everyone a manager leads?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the manager grant shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager grant gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
