Picking a gift for a manager implementation
A manager implementation person is usually the one who takes a plan from a slide deck and makes it real, which means chasing dates, untangling handoffs and absorbing the stress when a rollout hits a snag. They tend to work long weeks around go-live dates and spend a lot of time explaining to people why the timeline moved. A gift that acknowledges that work lands well. A soft tee for the days they're in meetings from morning until night, a hoodie for the late-evening calls, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the coffee they'll need for the next cutover. Put their title on it, or their name, so it reads as a badge of the role rather than a generic work shirt. If you're shopping for a whole implementation team after a successful launch, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a better thank-you than another round of takeout.
Manager Implementation gift questions
Can I add a second line to a manager implementation shirt?
Many designs have a second line. Type a name, a project or a year there and the preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
What's a good gift for someone who just finished a big rollout?
A tee or hoodie with their name and the project or year is personal and useful. It marks the launch without being a generic thank-you.
Can I order for a whole implementation team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the manager implementation shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager implementation gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
