Gifts for Manager Integrateds

Picking a gift for a manager integrated

Someone who manages integrated work is usually the one holding the schedule, the vendor contacts and the handoffs together, so the gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that juggling. Integrated management can mean systems that tie operations, quality and engineering into one workflow, or teams that coordinate across departments that rarely talk to each other. They spend their days in meetings and their evenings answering the messages that piled up. A soft tee for the commute, a hoodie for the long nights before a launch, or a mug that sits on the desk through the stand-ups all say you see the work behind the title. Add their title on the second line, or the team or project they run, and the shirt becomes specifically theirs. For a whole group that reports to them, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a lighter way to say thank you than another round of cake.
