Picking a gift for a manager it training
A manager of IT training usually sits between the people who build and fix systems and the people who have to use them every day. They write the courses, run the onboarding sessions, and spend a lot of time explaining the same software to a room of skeptical employees. That mix of technical knowledge and patience is what makes the role hard, and it's worth acknowledging in a gift. A hoodie is a good fit for the long days in a training room or a cold office, and a mug suits the desk where they plan next quarter's curriculum. Put the word in your own text on the design and add a second line if you want it personal, like their team, company or the year they started. The preview shows the spacing before you order, so you can see exactly how it reads on the shirt.
