Picking a gift for a manager licensing
Someone in manager licensing usually works somewhere between the paperwork and the people: checking applications, tracking renewals, answering calls from applicants who are stuck on a form, and making sure rules get followed even when nobody wants to hear it. It's detail-heavy work that rarely gets thanked, so a gift that acknowledges the job itself tends to land well. A tee or hoodie with their title on it gives them something to wear on casual Fridays, and a mug with their name is a small daily reminder that the desk is theirs. If you know which agency or board they work for, you can usually add that as a second line, though check the exact name first so it's accurate. Put their name or the year they started on the design and it becomes personal rather than generic. Office gifts that are useful at the desk, like a mug for the morning coffee, tend to be used more than decorative ones.
Manager Licensing gift questions
Can I add my coworker's name or agency to the design?
Yes. Most designs have a second line where you can type a name, an agency or a year. Open the design and check the preview before you order.
Is there a design for a whole licensing team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design, paste the team's names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What's a good gift for someone who just got the job?
A mug or tee with their title and the year they started. It's useful, it's personal, and it marks the new role without being over the top.
Are there designs for kids in the family too?
Some designs come as kids tees and a baby onesie, so you can match the family if the relative shares the same profession.
What sizes do the manager licensing shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager licensing gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
