Picking a gift for a manager long term care
Managers in long term care keep a building of residents, families and staff running at once. Their days are scheduling, staffing gaps, family meetings and a steady stream of small crises that never make the newsletter. Gifts that land tend to be practical and a little personal: a soft tee for the commute or a hoodie for the chilly administrative office, a mug that's clearly theirs for the coffee they make before the phones start. Put their title on it, or the facility type, so it stops being a generic manager shirt and becomes the one they actually earned. If you're buying for a whole leadership team or a department, one design with each person's name and role on their own shirt is a better thank-you than another sheet cake. Many long term care staff take their own cues from the calendar, so ordering a few weeks ahead of a recognition week or a year-end wrap-up keeps things simple.
Manager Long Term Care gift questions
Can I add my facility name or unit under the title?
Many designs have a second line. Type the facility name, unit or department there and check the preview before ordering.
Is there a design for kids or babies with this word?
Kids tees and a baby onesie are available for this word. The product filter on the page shows them.
Can I put a credential like NHA or LNHA on the shirt?
Yes, you can type their credential into the text box, but only if they hold it. Otherwise stick to the title.
Do the designs work for a whole department?
Yes. Use the Team Shop, choose one design, and paste each person's name. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the manager long term care shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager long term care gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
