Picking a gift for a manager machine
A manager machine is someone who keeps a team running, which usually means meetings that run long, calendars that never clear, and a steady stream of small fires that need putting out before lunch. The gifts that land with them are the ones that acknowledge that work without being too serious about it. A tee for the weekend, a hoodie for the early calls and a mug for the first coffee of the day all get used. Make it theirs by changing the second line to a job title, a team name or the year they took the role. A manager machine who's been promoted recently will notice that detail, and so will the people who report to them. For a whole management group, the Team Shop lets you pick one design and print each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to get a better reaction than another gift card.
Manager Machine gift questions
Can I add a job title or team name to the design?
Many designs have a second line. Type a title, team or department there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before you order.
What's a good gift for a new manager?
A mug or tee with their name and the year they started the role works well. It marks the promotion without being a big production, and they'll use it at the office.
Can I order shirts for my whole management team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the list of names and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the manager machine shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager machine gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
