Picking a gift for a manager mission
A manager mission is a job that never really ends: someone keeping a team on track, handling the calls nobody else wants, and absorbing the pressure from both directions. Managers often work long days and carry deadlines they didn't set, so the gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge the role without making it a joke. A soft tee for the commute, a hoodie for the chilly office or the late-night laptop session, or an 11 oz mug that's clearly theirs for the first coffee of a hard Monday all fit that picture. Put their title or the word manager on the front, and use the second line for their team, their department, or a line from the year they took the job. That turns a generic work item into something they'll recognize as their own, and it tells them you noticed what the role takes.
Manager Mission gift questions
Can I add their team or department to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a name, a team, or a department. Type it in and the preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
What's a good gift for someone who just got promoted to manager?
A mug or hoodie with their new title and the year they moved into the role marks the moment. It's personal and something they'll use every day.
Can I order shirts for everyone on my manager's team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
Do the designs work for kids as well as adults?
There are kids tees in a few designs. Use the product filter to see which ones come in kids sizes.
What sizes do the manager mission shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager mission gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
