Picking a gift for a manager mountain
A manager mountain is someone who holds a lot of weight for their team, juggling schedules, deadlines, and the constant question of who's covering what. Managers rarely get gifts from the people they lead, so when one does, it tends to land hard. Think about what their day looks like: back-to-back meetings, a laptop that never closes, and a coffee that goes cold before the first sip. A hoodie for the commute or a mug for the desk speaks directly to that life. Put the word manager on the front, and add a second line with their team name, department, or the year they started leading it, so the gift feels written for them and not picked off a rack. A little specificity goes a long way with someone who spends all day solving other people's problems.
Manager Mountain gift questions
Can I add my manager's team or department name to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a team, department, or year. Type it into the text box and the live preview will show you how it looks before you order.
Is this a good gift for a manager leaving the company?
It can be. A mug or shirt with their title and a line about their team makes a personal keepsake that reminds them of the people they led.
Can I order shirts for everyone on the team?
Yes. Choose the Team Shop, pick one design, paste each person's name, and select a size for each shirt.
Are there kids and baby options for this word?

What sizes do the manager mountain shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager mountain gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
