Picking a gift for a manager placement
A manager placement is the kind of job that puts someone in charge of a team, a schedule and a budget before they've had time to feel fully ready for it. Whoever's getting this gift is probably juggling one-on-ones, staffing gaps and a calendar that never quite clears, so a gift that acknowledges that first step into management tends to land well. A tee for the first week on the job, a hoodie for the long days in back-to-back meetings, or a mug for the desk where the coffee goes cold while they're on a call. What makes it theirs is the wording: type in their title, or the team or department they now lead, and the design stops being generic office merch. If you're celebrating a whole group of new managers at once, the Team Shop lets you use one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
Manager Placement gift questions
Can I add their department or team name?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type in their team, department or location there. The preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Can I put their name on the design too?
Yes. Type their name into the text box or the second line. Each design updates live so you can see how it looks.
Is there a version for kids or babies?
Only if the word has kids or onesie designs, which this one does in a limited set. Use the product filter to see those options.
What if I want a design that's more formal?
Many of the designs are simple and clean, which suits a work setting. Look through the T-shirt and hoodie options to find the one that fits their style.
What sizes do the manager placement shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager placement gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
