Picking a gift for a manager primary
A primary manager runs the day-to-day of a team, often in a line of work where the person in charge also helps out on the floor. Schedules, deadlines and the one employee who's always late all land on them, so the gifts that stick are the ones that make the job feel noticed. A tee for the commute, a hoodie for the chilly back office, or a mug that's clearly theirs so the coffee doesn't walk off to the break room. Add the word manager or primary manager to the text box so the shirt says what they actually do, and put their name on the second line if you want it to feel personal. If you're gifting a whole team, the Team Shop lets you order one design and list each person's name, so the boss gets a team that looks like it belongs together. Manager gifts often arrive around a promotion, a long project wrapping up or the end of a busy season, so order a week or two ahead of that date.
Manager Primary gift questions
Can I add a store name or department to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type a store, department or location there. The preview updates as you type so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a gift for a manager's promotion?
A tee or mug with their new title is a good fit. Promotions often come with a new role, so a shirt that names it marks the change nicely.
Can I order shirts for my whole team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
Do the designs come in kids sizes or for babies?
Some designs come as kids tees and a baby onesie. The product filter on the page shows which designs are available in each style.
What sizes do the manager primary shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager primary gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
