Picking a gift for a manager retention
Retention managers, sometimes called retention leads or talent retention managers, spend their days working out why people stay or leave. They run exit interviews, track turnover numbers, build recognition programs and sit in on the stay conversations nobody wants to have. The job is quiet and tends to get noticed only when it goes wrong, so a gift that says they're good at it lands well. A soft tee for the office or a hoodie for the long commute home works, and a mug is a sensible pick for the desk where they plan the next quarter. Change the word to match their exact title, since teams call the role different things, and add a second line for their company's name or a team if you're shopping for a group. A gift that uses the real title shows you know what their work actually is.
Manager Retention gift questions
Can I add my colleague's company name or team?
Many designs have a second line for a company, team or unit. Type it there and the preview will show how it fits before you order.
Is retention manager the only way to word this?
No. Titles vary a lot, so type the exact wording your colleague uses. The preview lets you check it reads right.
Can I order for a whole team at once?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design, paste the team's names and pick a size for each person.
What sizes do the manager retention shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager retention gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
