Picking a gift for a manager retirement
A manager retiring after years of running a team has usually spent more time on schedules, budgets and difficult conversations than on anything they'd call a hobby. They're likely to be the one who remembered everyone's birthday, covered the shift when someone's kid got sick, and fought for the people on their team when it counted. A retirement gift lands when it feels like it came from the people they managed. A tee or hoodie with their title and a retirement line gives them something to wear on the first slow Tuesday that doesn't come with a standing meeting. A mug is the practical choice for the home office they're about to build, the one with no conference room to stand in. If you're gathering a gift from the whole team, the Team Shop can print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which often says more than a single card signed by everyone.
Manager Retirement gift questions
Can I add a year or a company name to a manager retirement design?
Many designs have a second line for a year or a short phrase. Type it in and the preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
What's a good gift for a manager who's retiring?
Something they'll use outside work: a tee for weekends, a mug for the kitchen, or a hoodie for the chilly mornings. A personal line like their name or the year makes it theirs.
Can the whole team order shirts together?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste each person's name, and pick a size for each one. Everyone gets a shirt printed with their own name.
What sizes do the manager retirement shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager retirement gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
