Picking a gift for a manager route
Route managers keep a delivery or service business running by juggling drivers, schedules, breakdowns and the customer who always calls at the worst moment. Their days start early and rarely end when the last truck is back in the yard. A gift that acknowledges that grind tends to land well: a tee they can wear on a day off, a hoodie for the cold early-morning dispatch calls, or a mug that stays on the desk through the endless phone calls. Adding the company or depot name in the second line makes it theirs, and if you're buying for a whole management team, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
Manager Route gift questions
What does a route manager actually do?
A route manager usually oversees the drivers, schedules and daily performance of a set of delivery or service routes. The exact duties depend on the employer, so ask the person what their days look like if you want to tailor the gift.
Can I add their company or depot name?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the depot, region or company name there and check the spacing in the preview.
Is there a kids option for a route manager?
Kids designs exist, but they're mainly for a child who wants to match a parent at work or a family event. For the manager themselves, the adult tees, hoodies and mugs are the better fit.
What sizes do the manager route shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager route gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
