Picking a gift for a manager skilled
A skilled manager is the person who keeps the schedule, the budget and the team's morale from falling apart at the same time. They juggle one-on-ones, deadlines, the difficult conversation nobody wanted to have, and the spreadsheet that has to reconcile by Friday. Gifts that land for this person tend to be the ones that acknowledge the real work: a mug for the early-morning planning session, a hoodie for the days when meetings run straight into evenings. Put their title on it, or add the team or department they lead, so it reads as theirs and not a generic work shirt. If you're buying for a whole team that wants to thank a manager together, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and paste each person's name, so everyone signs their gift with a shirt of their own.
Manager Skilled gift questions
Can I add the department or team name to a manager shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type in the team, department or unit name below the title. The preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a gift that works for a manager who works from home?
A mug is the easiest choice, since it fits any desk setup and gets used during the workday. A hoodie also works well for home office days.
Can a whole team order shirts for their manager together?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the manager skilled shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager skilled gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
